Marble Tilt (Steam) – Privacy Policy
Updated: 5 October 2026
This policy covers Marble Tilt on Steam (Windows and Mac). The developer is Heikki Niemelä, operating as FunFant, Finland. For privacy questions, contact eddie@funfant.net.
Playing the game
No game account is required. There is no chat, advertising, analytics service or in-app purchase.
Data stored on your computer
The game stores progress, best times and settings locally on your Mac or PC so it can remember them. Deleting the game and its saved data removes them; copies may remain in backups controlled by you.
Steam
When you play while signed in to Steam, your best time for each level is submitted to Steam leaderboards, where other players can see it with your Steam profile name and rank. Steam is operated by Valve, which also processes the purchase, under the Steam Privacy Policy. Through Steam we can see leaderboard entries but receive no other personal information.
Unity technology
The game is built with Unity. The Unity engine may send anonymous technical information about your device, such as hardware and operating system, to Unity, as described in Unity's Game Player and App User Privacy Policy.
Support messages
If you contact us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to send. We use it to answer your request and investigate problems, based on our legitimate interest in providing support. Our email provider processes messages to deliver and store correspondence. We keep correspondence only as long as needed to resolve and follow up on your request, unless a legal obligation requires longer retention. Please do not include personal information about a child.
Your choices and rights
You can contact us to request access to, correction of or deletion of personal information in support correspondence. Where applicable, you may also request restriction or portability, or object to processing. You may lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority; in Finland, this is the Office of the Data Protection Ombudsman. Valve manages requests concerning your Steam account and payment information.
Changes
We will update this page when our data practices change and revise the date above.
